What can i say about our mam?! She was a wonderful, brave person. For as long as i can remember she had been unwell. she had a lot of problems with her health the main one being asthma. But her health problems didnt stop her from being a fantastic mother, she always gave me and my sister lucie her last.
I was 14 when she passed away and my sister was 12. She had been in hospital for a week and we assumed it would just be another few days getting better as thats what happened the other times. Mam came home after a week and although she wasnt 100% she was better than she had been. Before mam left the hospital she had a series of tests done and she was only home for one day when the hospital called and said she had to go back in for further tests and treatment.
The Doctors had found out what was wrong with her and she needed to have treatment straight away, they said she had a very rare viral infection, causing her to bleed internally. They tried a number of different things to try and help her but she passed away on the 6 of oct 1996.
There have been so many times in our lives when we needed our mam like when i got married, and when we had our babies, we wish she was here to share that with us! I am sure she would be so proud of her 2 grandsons and her granddaughter.
Our nana and granda have been fantastic through it all she has been our stand in mother since it happened as well as other members of our family, they all took us under their wing and been there for us through everything. So there is nothing to worry about mam your girls are fine and we miss you and love you more than words can say
love from Emma and lucie
xxxxxxxxxx

Special Bond
♥****♥****♥****♥
When you have a special bond
A love that is so rare
A life that's rich with so much love
Theres nothing to compare
And when that love is taken
Theres nothing we can do
So hold on to your memories
For they still love you too
That bond cannot be broken
Although we are apart
I love you still
And always will
Youll never leave my heart
